Description
DUBELL Chemical anchor
In the construction industry, various types of adhesives are used, each with its own unique features and applications. Understanding which adhesive should be used in which parts of the building and being familiar with the characteristics of each one is essential for making the right choice. For example, DUBELL Chemical anchor is one of the products we will review on this page to familiarize you with its differences compared to other construction adhesives. This rebar adhesive is primarily used to enhance the durability and strength of concrete.
DUBELL rebar adhesive (also known as rebar bonding paste) is a high-quality, two-component adhesive based on general-purpose polyester, specifically designed for a wide range of applications in the construction industry. It is commonly used in semi-heavy and medium-duty projects in both horizontal and vertical positions, and due to its special properties, it is suitable for use on vertical surfaces as well.
In this type of two-component adhesive, one part is a hardener, and the other is resin. This adhesive, with features such as increased resistance and flexibility, high strength, high viscosity, and strong bonding capabilities, is ideal for the installation and fixation of anchor bolts, rebar, and reinforcement bars.

Features DUBELL Chemical anchor
- It has a fast setting and hardening time.
- It allows rebar and bolt embedding on both vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.

How to Use
Cartridge Preparation:
- Remove the cap from the nozzle of the cartridge.
- Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and twist it tightly.
- Place the cartridge in the dispensing gun.
- Dispense approximately 10 cm of adhesive to ensure uniform mixing.
Application Method:
- Select the appropriate drill bit for creating the hole based on the provided chart.
- After drilling the hole, clean it thoroughly and remove dust using a brush or a vacuum cleaner. Any remaining concrete debris or dust in the hole may negatively affect the adhesive’s performance.
- Remove any grease, oils, or loose particles from inside the hole.
- Inject the rebar bonding adhesive until the hole is about two-thirds full.
Use a spatula or similar tool to clean any excess material from the hole’s opening, and then allow it to cure.
