The Balcony Water Gaurd Finish & Sealant spray functions similarly to surface water repellents and is designed to enable cleaning of balcony floors without allowing water to penetrate to lower floors. Water infiltration into the underlying levels can cause severe damage. To address this issue, the waterproofing spray, formulated with nano-technology based on nano-silicones, is developed to easily make balcony and terrace floors with stone paving, artificial stone, travertine, granite, or cement surfaces water-repellent.

One of the common challenges in apartments, towers, and multi-story buildings is water leakage from upper floors to lower ones. This issue not only incurs significant repair and renovation costs but also causes considerable psychological discomfort. Instructions for Using

Surfaces to be sprayed should be completely free of any dirt, dust, grease, or other contaminants.

If the surface is contaminated, it is recommended to clean it thoroughly using water pressure (water jet) or sandblasting.

If the joints between the artificial stone coverings on the balcony floor are empty, the joints should be cleared using a sharp tool and then re-grouted.

The product should be sprayed in two layers on the surface for optimal results.
