Description
Balcony Water Guard Finish & Sealant
In many buildings, the drainage system in balconies is designed for cleaning the floor, which usually leads to water entering the lower floors and causing damage. To address this issue, a Balcony Water Guard Finish & Sealant based on nano-silicones has been developed, which allows for easy water-repellent treatment of balcony and terrace floors, whether they are paved with artificial stones, travertine, granite, or concrete surfaces.
One of the common problems in apartments, high-rise buildings, and multi-story constructions is the penetration of water from upper units to lower ones. This issue not only incurs significant costs for repairing and renovating the damage caused by moisture leaks but also becomes mentally distressing for residents. Balconies and terraces are among the most vulnerable areas of a building, where water and moisture often penetrate to the lower floors.
This Balcony Water Guard Finish & Sealant is an advanced product based on silane siloxanes, which penetrates approximately 3 centimeters into the stone surface, filling all the pores and making the surface completely water-repellent. This solution, based on solvent-based nano-silicones, offers high durability and long-lasting performance on various surfaces.

How to use Balcony Water Guard Finish & Sealant
The surfaces to be treated should be completely clean and free of any dirt, dust, or grease. If contamination is present, it is recommended to clean the surface using high-pressure water (water jet) or sandblasting. If the joints on surfaces covered with artificial stones are empty, use a pointed tool to clean out the joints and re-grout them. Apply the product evenly in two layers with a brush or spray, and allow it to dry completely.
