PROOFAB Bitomen Sealant Mastik 911 is a powerful product made from emulsion resins, special additives, and petroleum-based solvents, developed on a modified bitumen base. Due to the use of special resins, this sealant offers high resistance to weather conditions and mineral salts, and over time, the applied coating becomes waterproof and flexible. This product acts as an effective insulator and can be injected into cracks and joints using a special gun. Bitumen Sealant 911 is suitable for sealing and waterproofing joints on metal, cement, or asbestos roofing.

Due to its high viscosity, this sealant can be applied on horizontal, vertical, and sloped surfaces. The cartridge packaging and application via a specialized gun make it easy to use, and compared to other methods, it results in minimal waste.

PROOFAB Bitomen Sealant Mastik 911 is also useful for patching roofs. One of the methods for repairing and filling the seams of damaged roofing membranes (such as bitumen sheets) is the use of Bitumen Sealant. Repairing a roof with this product is a simple process that does not require re-application of the membrane, though it is not suitable for deep cracks.

How to Use PROOFAB Bitomen Sealant Mastik 911

Before use, ensure that the surface is completely clean, free from any dirt or moisture, and thoroughly dry. Remove any adhered materials or debris from the surface.

Place the sealant cartridge into the specialized injection gun.

Using a cutter, cut the tip of the cartridge nozzle to the appropriate size, considering the width and dimensions of the section.

Finally, apply the PROOFAB Bitomen Sealant Mastik 911 to the desired joint or surface, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Once the surface has fully dried, the sealant will be ready for use.
