Blocks Cement Adhesive is a specialized mixture made from cement, mineral powders, powdered resins, and specific additives. This adhesive is designed to enhance the bonding of aerated concrete blocks, improve wall leveling, speed up the construction process, reduce the overall weight of the structure, and cut the amount of mortar required by up to 75%. It also helps retain moisture in the mortar, reduces the thickness of the mortar layer, increases structural compaction, facilitates ease of use, and decreases water consumption. The cement block adhesive is suitable for bonding various types of blocks, including AAC blocks, lightweight and heavyweight cement blocks, clay, and brick blocks.

Blocks Cement Adhesive is essentially a dry chemical compound that, when mixed with water, forms a sticky and durable substance. Due to its unique composition, it provides long-lasting bonding between blocks, making it an excellent choice for wall construction. How to use

To use each 20 kg bag of block adhesive, it should be mixed with 5 to 6 liters of water. This mixture should be added gradually, and an electric mixer should be used to ensure a smooth and homogeneous mortar. After mixing, let the mortar rest for 5 minutes, then stir it slightly, and it will be ready for use.

Using a trowel, apply the Blocks Cement Adhesive to the desired surface, and after mixing the mortar, install the blocks within a maximum of 20 minutes. After applying the mortar, it will take about 30 minutes to achieve initial setting.
