The adhesion of cement mortar, concrete, and tile adhesives to surfaces such as ceramic tiles or construction tools has always been a major challenge for contractors and project managers. This issue is particularly common in concrete metal molds, concrete mixer trucks, and construction equipment.

How to use

The method of using cement solvent or concrete remover varies depending on the application. A key point to note is that this product should not be applied to hot surfaces or under direct sunlight. The best times for application are early morning or at sunset.

Cleaning Cement and Mortar from Truck Mixers:
Pour approximately 30 to 40 liters of the cement solvent into the truck mixer’s drum and allow it to rotate for about 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, the solvent breaks the molecular bonds of the concrete, softening and weakening the particles. Afterward, use high-pressure water (water jet) to easily clean cement stains from the surface. For other mixers, such as manual or workshop concrete mixers, the same process applies, but the quantity of the solvent will vary based on the mixer’s capacity.

Cleaning Tools from Cement and Concrete:
To remove cement or mortar residue from construction tools, submerge the tools in a container filled with the solvent for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Cleaning Concrete and Mortar from Metal Molds:
The best method to remove concrete and cement from metal mold surfaces is to spray the cement solvent directly onto the stained or adhered areas. Saturate the surface completely with the solvent and wait for 30 to 40 minutes to allow the molecular bonds of the concrete to break. (At this stage, the concrete will turn crumbly like sugar). Afterward, spray the solvent again on the surface and wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with water.

Removing Grout Residue from Tile and Ceramic Surfaces:
To eliminate grout stains from tile and ceramic surfaces, spray the cement solvent onto the stained area until it is fully saturated. Allow it to sit for 30 to 40 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water to clean the surface completely.

Unclogging Pipes Blocked by Cement and Concrete:
To clear pipes blocked with concrete or mortar, use approximately 0.5 liters of solvent for every 1 centimeter thickness of concrete. For example, for 20 centimeters of concrete, 10 liters of solvent will be required. First, pour the solvent into the pipe and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Then clean the pipe using high-pressure water, a water pump, or a brush. Repeat the process, pouring the solvent into the pipe again, and after 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly. Continue this process until the pipe is completely clear and free of obstructions.
