PROOFAB Concrete Crack Repair 811 is formulated based on styrene acrylic resin, micronized fillers, and special additives, making it an exceptional and practical product for repairing and filling cracks and joints on concrete, cement, and stone surfaces. The acrylic concrete surface sealant is offered in 350-gram cartridges, easily applied to cracks using special guns, and then smoothed with a spatula. In addition to its role as a repair agent, the high percentage of acrylic resin in its formulation provides excellent flexibility and waterproofing properties.

Method of using PROOFAB Concrete Crack Repair 811
Before applying the sealant to repair cement surfaces, ensure that the surface is free from any dirt, grease, or dust.
If there is any contamination, clean the surface with water pressure or a wire brush.
If the concrete joints contain loose areas, scrape these sections with a spatula and slightly bevel the joint opening.
Place the sealant into the special gun, then carefully apply it into the joints and cracks to ensure they are completely filled.
After applying the sealant, smooth the surface with a spatula to make it uniform and even.
If there are any uneven areas, you can sand the surface 12 to 24 hours after application to achieve a smooth finish.
