PROOFAB Concrete Crack Repair 811 is formulated based on styrene acrylic resin, micronized fillers, and special additives, making it an exceptional and practical product for repairing and filling cracks and joints on concrete, cement, and stone surfaces. The acrylic concrete surface sealant is offered in 350-gram cartridges, easily applied to cracks using special guns, and then smoothed with a spatula. Method of using PROOFAB Concrete Crack Repair 811

Before applying the sealant to repair cement surfaces, ensure that the surface is free from any dirt, grease, or dust.

If there is any contamination, clean the surface with water pressure or a wire brush.

If the concrete joints contain loose areas, scrape these sections with a spatula and slightly bevel the joint opening.

Place the sealant into the special gun, then carefully apply it into the joints and cracks to ensure they are completely filled.

After applying the sealant, smooth the surface with a spatula to make it uniform and even.

If there are any uneven areas, you can sand the surface 12 to 24 hours after application to achieve a smooth finish.

To ensure the proper execution and performance of the sealant, it is essential to consider the weather conditions. The surface should be left for 24 to 72 hours after repair before it is ready for use and further operations.
