Concrete Liquid Admix Waterproof is a combination of plasticizers, waterproof resins, and hydrophobic compounds. (The term “hydrophobic” is derived from two words: “hydro,” meaning water, and “phobic,” meaning fear or aversion. This surface property can make materials such as glass, metal, and plastic water-repellent using hydrophobic solutions). This liquid additive is an ideal choice for waterproofing and preventing moisture penetration in various types of concrete, masonry mortars, and grouts.

When added to concrete, this material rapidly disperses in water due to the plasticizers in its formulation and acts as a powerful dispersing agent. This property ensures that cement particles, which naturally tend to clump together, are evenly distributed, creating a larger active surface area for reactions. How to use

The amount of waterproof liquid concrete should be diluted with twice the volume of the mixing water, based on the concrete’s mix ratio, and gradually added to the mixing concrete.

This product can be added to the prepared concrete mix, and after thorough mixing, the concrete pouring process can begin. It is recommended to mix for at least one minute per cubic meter of concrete.

Waterproof liquid concrete can be added during the concrete production process to the batching plant or truck mixer.

Note that this additive should not be directly poured onto dry cement.
