Concrete normal plasticizer is a liquid additive based on ligno sulfonate. This product will increase the psychic of concrete mixture and will cause better dispersion of the constituent particles in the mixing design.

When a lignosulfonate-based concrete plasticizer is added to the water and cement mixture, the anionic polar group present in the molecules attaches to a hydrocarbon chain, which is itself polar and contains OH groups. With the addition of this material to the mix, the polar head of the plasticizer molecule adheres to the cement particles, causing the particles to become dipolar, thus preventing their agglomeration. As a result, the fluidity of the concrete mix increases, and the constituent particles are more effectively dispersed throughout the mix design.

Method of Using

1- This product can be added to the prepared concrete mix, and after thorough mixing, the concrete can be poured. It is recommended to mix for at least one minute per cubic meter of concrete.

2- The required amount of plasticizer, calculated based on the concrete grade, should be diluted with twice its volume in mixing water. Then, gradually add the diluted additive to the mixing concrete.

3- The concrete plasticizer can be added during concrete production either in the batching plant or the truck mixer.

Note: Ensure that the normal concrete plasticizer additive is not poured directly onto dry cement.
