Concrete Powder Shotcrete accelerator is an additive that accelerates the process of concrete setting and allows achieving the desired strength in the shortest possible time. This material, due to its calcium, magnesium, and pH-regulating compounds, speeds up the cement setting process. This powdered accelerator is used to enhance the setting speed of shotcrete (sprayed concrete) and to execute strong and durable concrete layers through the shotcrete method. When applying this powder, dry concrete combined with compressed air at high pressure is sprayed onto the shotcrete surface. This accelerator increases the hydration speed of the cement, making the initial and final setting of the concrete happen more quickly, and allowing the concrete to achieve the desired hardness rapidly.

How to use

1- The powder shotcrete accelerator should be added to dry materials and, when exiting the spraying device, it should mix with water and start the reaction.

2- If wet sand is used in the mix design, the accelerator powder should not be added to the dry materials. In this case, the powder shotcrete accelerator should be added to the mixture right before mixing with water.
