Method of Using

• The surface to be tiled must be completely clean and free of any contaminants, grease, loose particles, or debris.
• If contamination is present, clean the surface using methods like water jetting (water jet) or sandblasting.
• Ensure that at least 7 days have passed since curing a freshly cemented surface before proceeding.
• To prepare the Ebtekar Tile Adhesive, mix 5 to 6 liters of water per 20 kg bag of powder tile adhesive.
• Combine the water and powder using a mechanical mixer (such as a drill with a paddle attachment), and continue mixing until a uniform paste is achieved.
• Always add the powder to the water. Adding water to the powder can result in an uneven mix.
• Apply the prepared adhesive paste onto the surface using a notched trowel, then place and secure the tiles or ceramics on the adhesive layer.
• For enhanced adhesion, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of adhesive to the back of the tile as well.
• The prepared adhesive mixture should be used within 40 minutes, and tiles should be installed on the adhesive layer within 20 minutes of application.
