Installation Method

The Flat Dumbbell Waterstop should be installed in areas where concrete interruptions are planned. You can arrange it so that half of the width of the water stop is embedded in the first stage of concrete pouring, while the other half is buried in the second stage. Pour the concrete gently over the water stop to ensure it does not become dislodged from its installation location. This method is also applicable for perforated water stops, with the only difference being that the perforation should be accurately positioned at the designated expansion joint location. To ensure the stability of the water stop within the structure, use specially designed clamps intended for this purpose.
