Glass block spacer is designed and produced in two sizes, 10 and 5 mm, and if each of them is used, the same amount of distance will be formed between the glass blocks.

Method of Using Glass Block Spacers

1. Placing the Spacers: When installing glass blocks, the spacers are placed between each pair of blocks. Typically, these spacers are positioned on all four sides of each block to ensure that the blocks are installed evenly and at a specified distance from one another.
2. Adding Mortar or Adhesive: After placing the spacers, the appropriate mortar or adhesive is applied to the joints of the blocks to bond them together and secure them to the wall structure.
3. Leveling the Blocks: With the help of the spacers, the glass blocks are arranged in a level and uniform manner. The spacers prevent the blocks from shifting during the curing of the mortar and ensure that the blocks remain in their precise positions.
