Green PROOFAB MDF KIT, also known industrially as cyanoacrylate, is a fast-acting, multi-purpose glue that usually comes with an oily spray or accelerator. This spray is applied to the target surface before the adhesive liquid and significantly reduces bonding time. The use of the spray is more recommended in cold and dry conditions, as it enhances bonding speed. Proofab 123 adhesive dries quickly when exposed to air and moisture, and these two factors play a crucial role in its performance.

Proofab 123 glue is highly versatile and, beyond household applications or antique repairs, it’s suitable for bonding various materials, from metal to plastic.

The spray component of this adhesive contains hexane and amine gases, which are flammable. Therefore, it is advised to avoid lighting cigarettes or creating an open flame nearby while using the spray.

Traditional adhesives are water-based, but this adhesive is made from an acrylic resin. This is because cyanoacrylate glue can only bond to a surface when there is moisture present in that area. Therefore, if applied to a completely dry surface, it will not create a bond. As mentioned, 123 glue has very high adhesion strength and fast drying, providing a reliable and durable result for bonding surfaces.

Instructions for Use

Ensure the target surface is dry, clean, and free from contaminants.
Spray the 123 adhesive accelerator onto the surface and wait for the vapors to dissipate (as mentioned, using the spray is not always necessary).
Then, apply the 123 adhesive onto the surface.
Place the two surfaces together and press firmly for a few seconds.
Finally, the two surfaces will be bonded together.
