Elasto Coat Insolator
- High resistance to UV and ultraviolet radiation
- Ability to bridge on concrete capillary cracks
- The best alternative to insulation and traditional and old methods
Description
Elasto Coat Insolator
Elasto Coat Insolator is a single-component product ready to use and can be easily applied by brush on all concrete and cement surfaces. Nano gel insulation contains polypropylene fibers, which is why it has higher resistance than other similar moisture insulators.
Nano Gel Insulation Waterproofing offers exceptional adhesion to cement surfaces and, when applied correctly, delivers outstanding durability and longevity. This product is available in a variety of colors, tailored to customer preferences. One of its standout features is its ability to serve as a modern and efficient alternative to traditional waterproofing methods like bitumen membranes (isogam).
The fiber-reinforced Nano Gel Insulation is specifically designed for surface waterproofing and sealing. Moisture penetration and dampness are common challenges in construction, often causing significant problems in various parts of buildings. Traditional methods for addressing these issues typically involved demolishing and rebuilding surfaces and old insulation layers, which were both costly and disruptive to living environments. The introduction of this waterproofing solution provides an innovative, reliable, and cost-effective approach to resolving such problems, with extensive applications in the construction industry.

How to use
The first step in applying Nano Gel Insulation is ensuring the substrate is completely clean. The surface must be free of any dirt, grease, or dust. If there are loose or blistered areas, remove them using sandblasting, water pressure, or a brush. For uneven or honeycombed areas on the surface, repair them using a patching mortar. To enhance the adhesion of the waterproofing layer to the surface, it is recommended to apply an acrylic primer.
Apply the first layer of the product using a brush, either vertically or horizontally. To increase the durability and lifespan of the insulation, place and fix a layer of fiberglass mesh on the first layer before it dries completely. Apply the second layer 3 to 4 hours after the first layer, while the surface is still not fully dry, and in the opposite direction to the first layer. This method ensures optimal results and improves the longevity of the insulation.
