Key box and wall outlet is made of compressed polyethylene, which is designed and produced from two parts, the door and the body. In order to fix and facilitate installation, it is suitable for the installation of lighting and wall chandeliers, switch boxes and wall sockets.

In recent years, mass construction systems have gained significant attention, and industrial home construction has become popular due to advantages like earthquake resistance. One of the modern technologies playing a key role in industrial home construction is the use of large panel or tunnel formwork. In this formwork system, the layout of all units and building floors is designed identically, allowing a single set of forms to be used for the entire structure and even for future projects with similar plans. In the tunnel form system, the ceiling and walls are molded integrally, with door and window openings pre-set within the form.

This approach results in a completely concrete structure without columns or beams, with concrete being poured continuously for both ceiling and walls. Additionally, prior to pouring concrete, placements for electrical cables, sockets, and other utilities must be designated. For this purpose, electrical socket boxes or switch boxes are designed and positioned within the reinforcement structure, and after the concrete is poured and forms are removed, the cover of the socket box is opened, allowing easy installation of electrical outlets and switches. Note that all conduits for electrical cables, which will connect to the socket box, are pre-installed and positioned within the structure.

How to use Key box and wall outlet

To use the wall-mounted switch and socket box, the concrete structure is first reinforced, and one side of the wall forms is installed and secured. Then, according to the installation plan, electrical conduits are placed, and the wall-mounted switch and socket box is positioned and fixed in designated areas where switches, electrical outlets, and phone sockets are to be installed. It’s important to note that the electrical conduits are connected to the corresponding switch and socket box based on the wiring plan, allowing easy routing of wires and cables once the project is completed. The wall-mounted switch and socket box includes a cover designed to prevent concrete and cement slurry from entering during pouring. After the concrete is set and the forms are removed, this cover is taken off, and the desired switch or wall outlet is easily installed in its designated place.
