The PROOFAB Pipe Sealing 15ml is an innovative product designed as a replacement for Teflon tape in threaded connections and construction applications. Formulated by Betonplast Chemical Company using the latest technology, this product is used for sealing connections.

As a substitute for Teflon tape, PROOFAB Pipe Sealing 15ml is applied in piping systems and installations to prevent leakage in threaded and gland connections. The adhesive reacts in oxygen-free environments, providing complete sealing of the connections. It belongs to the anaerobic (single-component, oxygen-free) adhesive family, and is formulated without solvents, specifically designed for sealing, waterproofing, and securing metallic, plastic, polyethylene connections, and metal-coated parts. Additionally, this adhesive offers high resistance to vibrations and shocks.

How to use

After connecting the male and female fittings, easily clean any excess that has squeezed out from the connection using a cloth. These excess materials never dry, but to prevent contamination, they should be removed from the surface.

The parts to be connected should be clean and free from oil, grease, and any other contaminants. Apply the anti-leak adhesive using the nozzle in a 360-degree rotation on the threads of the male and female parts, covering one to three threads.

Once the adhesive is applied, assemble the parts by hand without the need for tools, and rotate until they are securely in place. The connected parts should be kept for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 22 to 24°C to properly cure. However, the curing time may vary
