How to Use

After connecting the male and female parts, if any excess material leaks out from the joint, you can easily wipe it off with a cloth. Please note that these excess materials never dry, but they should be removed to prevent contamination from adhering to the surface.

For separating the parts, use hand tools. The components to be connected should be clean and free from oil, grease, fat, or any other contaminants.

Apply the PROOFAB Pipe Sealing 50ml from the nozzle in a 360-degree motion over the threads of the first to third male and female parts.

The assembled parts should be left to rest for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 22 to 24 degrees Celsius to be ready for use. This time may vary depending on the size of the connections. For accurate usage timing, refer to the information on the bottle.

For assembly, no tools are required. You can twist the parts together by hand, and once the movement stops, the connection is sufficient.

The disassembly process should be carried out at room temperature. If the connection does not come apart easily, you can pour hot water or apply localized heat up to 250°C to separate them. Then, while the part is still warm, detach the components.

After disassembly, any remaining dried adhesive should be removed mechanically, and the parts should be cleaned with appropriate solvents such as acetone.

Please note that if it is necessary to reopen and reseal the connections, new materials must be used, as the previous materials are no longer suitable for a new connection.
