Description
Microsilica Gel-Fast Harden
The Microsilica Gel-Fast Harden is an effective product made from a combination of carboxylate-based superplasticizers, microsilica, fillers, polypropylene fibers, and concrete-setting accelerators. When added to the concrete mix, this additive allows the simultaneous incorporation of microsilica, superplasticizers, and fibers into the concrete structure, which enhances density, improves workability, reduces water content, and provides other beneficial properties. This process ultimately leads to significant improvements in the mechanical properties of the concrete. After adding this gel, the rheological properties of the concrete in its fresh state improve, and the properties of the hardened concrete are also enhanced. This gel increases the workability of the fresh concrete and strengthens the durability and resistance of the hardened concrete by reducing water absorption and significantly lowering permeability. Additionally, this product reduces the setting time of the concrete, making it particularly suitable for use in cold weather conditions.

How to Use
This product can be added to the concrete mix in two ways:
- Combine the gel with all or part of the mixing water, then add it to the dry materials and perform the mixing process.
- The micro-silica gel can be added to the mix after all other components of the concrete mixture have been added, followed by thorough mixing.
Important Notes:
- For every cubic meter of concrete, at least 1 minute of mixing is required to achieve a uniform mixture.
- Excessive use of this gel beyond the recommended dosage may accelerate the concrete’s setting time beyond normal levels. This could disrupt the hydration process and ultimately weaken the properties of the hardened concrete.
