Description
Microsilica Supplement Late Harden
This Microsilica Supplement Late Harden has been specifically designed and manufactured for concrete casting in hot weather conditions. The retarding concrete additive is composed of components such as plasticizers, microsilica powder, waterproofing agents, catalysts, filler materials, polypropylene fibers, and retarders. It is packaged and supplied in powdered form.
This concrete additive is added to dry materials during the concrete mixing process, followed by the addition of water. The presence of plasticizers in its formulation not only increases the slump and improves workability but also reduces water absorption, thereby decreasing the permeability of hardened concrete. These features are achieved thanks to the incorporation of nanosilica particles and waterproofing agents in its composition.

The polypropylene fibers in this product significantly enhance the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of concrete. Additionally, this powdered additive slows down the initial setting of concrete, allowing for controlled setting times under specific conditions, making it an ideal choice for concrete casting in high-temperature environments.

How to use
This additive can be added to the concrete mix in two ways:
- Adding the additive to ready-mix concrete:
- Note: To achieve a uniform and homogeneous mix, the mixture should be mixed for at least 1 minute per cubic meter of concrete.
- The best method is to add the additive to the dry materials. After combining the additive with the dry materials, the mixing water is added, and then mixing is done.
