The mosaic leveler consists of two parts, the leveling clip and the leveling wedge. In addition to aligning the surface and aligning the edge of the mosaic, the mosaic leveler also adjusts the band between the mosaics with a distance of 1.5 mm.

The mosaic leveling clip is designed and produced based on the standard thickness of the mosaic, which is typically 2 cm. During installation, the leveling clip is placed between the tiles, and after arranging the tiles, it is locked in place using a leveling wedge. The advantage of using mosaic leveling clips over traditional methods is that there is no need for a spirit level to align the tiles, and the leveling process is quicker and easier. This system not only simplifies the installation but also prevents gaps and unwanted spaces between the tiles, reducing the likelihood of moss and algae formation in the joints during cleaning.

How to Use

First, from one corner of the surface to be tiled, use a level and square to draw a guideline for placing the first tile. Then, apply adhesive or mortar to an area large enough for 2 or 3 tiles. Place the first tile in the designated spot, and install the leveling clips around it.

Using mosaic leveling spacers significantly increases the speed and accuracy of tile and stone installation, creating a perfectly flat and even surface. This ensures that installers are required to use leveling spacers. Next, place the adjacent tiles and lock them into place using the leveling wedges. This will ensure that the adjacent tiles are perfectly level, eliminating the need for manual leveling. Continue to install the tiles by placing leveling clips and locking them in place with leveling wedges.
