Nano Water Guard Wood allows for waterproofing of various wooden surfaces and wood-based materials, effectively protecting doors from water penetration. For example, the use of ThermoWood—a type of wood produced from various tree species and treated through specific heating processes to enhance its resistance to sunlight, acid rain, humidity, erosion, weather conditions, and insect infestation—is common in building facades or for creating bathroom and restroom doors.

If these surfaces are not protected against water infiltration, water penetration in building facades can damage the structure and cause the wooden materials to degrade more quickly. Similarly, doors may experience decay and surface peeling due to water exposure. How to use

Before applying the product, ensure that the surface is completely free of dirt, dust, grease, and any other contaminants.

If contaminants are present, it is recommended to clean the surface using methods such as a water jet (pressure washer) or sandblasting.
