Usage Instructions for Nano Waterproofing Adhesive
Using the product pure and without mixing with mortar for surface isolation:
- The surface must be completely clean, free of any contamination, grease, and loose particles.
- If there are cracks or surface damage, first repair it with a repair powder before applying the adhesive.
- Apply the nano adhesive in two layers on the desired surface.
Using Nano Adhesive in combination with concrete:
- The best method for adding the adhesive is to mix it with the water used for concrete mixing and then combine it with the other ingredients.
- Nano waterproofing adhesive can be added to ready-mix concrete in a batching plant or truck mixer.
- For every cubic meter of concrete, a minimum of one minute of mixing is required. Note that this adhesive should not be added to dry cement.
Using Nano Waterproofing Adhesive
- Mix two parts of cement with three parts of stone powder, then combine this mixture with two parts of nano adhesive.
Using for Waterproofing Acrylic Paints:
- Mix one part of this adhesive with three parts of water-based acrylic paint and apply.
Using Nano Adhesive in Grouting Mortar:
- For every 5 kg bag of ready grout powder or a mix of cement and stone powder, one liter of nano adhesive is required.
