Description
Normal Microsilica Gel
Normal Microsilica Gel is an advanced and modified additive based on polycarboxylate ether, consisting of microsilica powder, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, water-repellent materials, and polypropylene fibers. This gel is specifically used for producing high-strength, impermeable, and durable concrete. The paste-like additive significantly improves concrete’s strength, stability, and other properties, helping to increase concrete density and enhance compressive, flexural, and tensile strengths.
Using this normal microsilica gel in concrete mix designs allows for the simultaneous incorporation of silica fume, fibers, and plasticizers into the concrete mixture. This results in improved density and reduced water consumption, leading to enhanced mechanical and chemical properties of the concrete.

Features Normal Microsilica Gel
- Improvement of rheological properties of concrete in a plastic state
- Significant reduction in surface cracking of concrete
- Reduction of cement consumption by 15 to 20 percent
- Reduction in the water-to-cement ratio

How to use
This gel can be added to concrete in two ways:
- Combine with all or part of the mixing water, then add to the dry materials and mix them.
- Add this concrete superplasticizer to the mix after all other components have been added.
Note: For every cubic meter of concrete, a minimum of 1 minute of mixing and blending is required.
Note: If there is a significant delay between mixing and pouring the concrete, it is recommended to add the microsilica gel in two stages. (Add one portion during batching and the other 5 minutes before pouring into the mixer). After adding, mix the mixture for 2 to 4 minutes thoroughly.
