Description
Normal screw leveling system
Normal screw leveling system consists of two components: a clip and a wedge, both made from durable plastic. The clip functions like a screw, while the wedge acts as a nut, forming a combination that facilitates precise leveling of tiles and ceramics.
To enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across various construction and industrial fields, modern, innovative technologies, tools, and equipment such as the Normal Screw Leveler are being designed, produced, and distributed. As an innovative product, the screw leveler has revolutionized the industry by improving and transforming traditional installation methods. In this context, modern and efficient tools for tiling are continuously advancing and evolving.
In tiling processes, along with the design and color of tiles and adherence to interior design principles, ensuring that tiles and ceramics are level with each other and maintaining precise spacing between joints are of paramount importance. These factors have a direct impact on the overall beauty and quality of the final work.
One of the latest tools developed for leveling tiles and ceramics is the Screw Leveler.
Using the Normal Screw Leveler not only ensures proper spacing and leveling of tiles but also offers additional advantages, such as faster execution and eliminating the need for tools like spirit levels and hammers. In traditional methods, leveling tiles involved using hammers and leveling rods, which were time-consuming and less efficient. In contrast, the screw leveler streamlines this process, delivering quicker, more precise, and higher-quality results.

How to Use
As previously mentioned, the Normal screw leveling system and ceramic leveler consists of two main components: a clip and a wedge. The clip is composed of two perpendicular sections: a horizontal flat plate that sits beneath the tiles and a vertical section resembling a spiral rod or screw.
The wedge, on the other hand, has a round cap-like shape, with the top part designed like a nut, allowing it to be screwed onto the clip (screw).
To begin, determine the required number of clips based on the dimensions of the tiles or ceramics. The clips should be placed at the intersection of two tiles, and the wedge should be tightened onto the protruding spiral rod of the clip to ensure the tiles are perfectly level with each other.
When using Normal screw leveling system for tiling, it is recommended to start from one corner. First, draw 90-degree guide lines to accurately position the first tile. Then, apply tile adhesive to the surface using a notched trowel and install the first tile. Proceed to install adjacent tiles using the screw levelers to align and level them until the entire surface is evenly covered.
Once tiling is complete, allow the adhesive to fully cure and the tiles to bond to the surface. Finally, use a side impact with a hammer or the tip of your shoe to break the clips and finish the surface.
