Polyurethane Joint sealant is a single-component high strength sealant with polyurethane resin base, which converts to a physically elastic and flexible solid by absorbing air moisture and is used to balance and control the movement of all seams.

To prevent damage caused by the expansion and contraction of buildings due to external temperature changes, as well as to avoid transferring the load from old neighboring buildings to newly constructed ones, it is essential to place expansion joints at appropriate locations. These should be determined by various parameters, including the number of floors, the materials used, and the climate conditions of the construction site. Additionally, in large floors, such as in industrial halls or road pavements, it is not feasible to complete concrete pouring in a single stage.

Based on the area size and concrete thickness, suitable construction joints must be included in the design. Filling these construction and expansion joints with ordinary mortar is not permitted; a material with high adhesion and elasticity is required to withstand structural stresses. Polyurethane mastic is a powerful, suitable product for filling construction and expansion joints. This joint sealant is a single-component mastic based on polyurethane resin, which, by absorbing moisture, transforms into a solid, flexible, and elastic state, used to balance and control the movement of various joints.
