Porcelain Cement Adhesive is a product based on cement and copolymer resins, composed of cement, graded silica aggregates, polymer powders, and natural and mineral modifiers. The polymers in this waterproof adhesive enhance adhesion strength and the ability to install large-format tiles and porcelain ceramics. This adhesive also exhibits high resistance to stagnant water, making it ideal for tiling in environments such as swimming pools and water storage tanks.

In general, Proofab tiling adhesive has very low water absorption and remarkable durability. It is specifically designed for installing porcelain tiles and has limited application in other areas. One of the key advantages of this adhesive is its lightweight nature compared to similar products. Additionally, it can be used for installing various types of tiles, mosaics, porcelain, and standard ceramics. This adhesive is suitable for tiling on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Application Porcelain Cement Adhesive

• Installation of various tiles and ceramics on different surfaces

How to use

To use this adhesive, first ensure that the surface is completely clean and free from any dirt, dust, grease, and loose particles.

Next, add a certain amount of water to a suitable container, then add the tile adhesive. Use a mechanical mixer to blend the materials well until you achieve a smooth, lump-free mixture.

Once you have a homogeneous mix, let the adhesive rest for about 5 minutes, then continue mixing.

Apply the prepared adhesive to the surface using a notched trowel within 20 minutes.

Please note that after applying the tiles, the maximum curing time for the adhesive is 60 minutes.
