Accelerated concrete additives or Powder Concrete Fast Harden are added to the concrete mixture to accelerate the initial and final retention of concrete and achieve early compressive strengths.

This rapid-setting concrete powder facilitates the dissolution of aluminous lime in the concrete mixing water, accelerating the hydration process of silicates. As a result, the setting and hardening of the concrete occur in a shorter time. This rapid-set additive is an ideal choice for use in various reinforced and non-reinforced concretes, mortars, and ready-mix cementitious grouts to expedite the setting time.

How to use

1. The specified amount of this additive should be diluted with twice the volume of water required for mixing the concrete, based on the concrete mix design. Gradually add the diluted solution to the mixing concrete.
2. This fast-setting additive can be added to the prepared concrete mix, and after thorough mixing, the concrete pouring process can begin.

Note: For each cubic meter of concrete, it is recommended to mix for at least one minute to ensure the additive is thoroughly incorporated into the mix.

Additionally, this fast-setting powder can be added directly to the dry components of the mix before adding water.
