The Power Carboxylate plasticizer – Fast harden is a liquid additive with a high ability to reduce the water-to-cement ratio and significantly enhance the workability of concrete. This product contains long side chains that help distribute cement particles uniformly throughout the concrete.

In addition to these properties, due to its fast-setting characteristics, it is suitable for the production of TBM segments, high-strength concrete, and ready-mix concrete in cold regions. Furthermore, the presence of fast-setting materials in its formulation accelerates the early compressive strength development of the concrete, significantly increasing its strength at early ages.

Method of Using

The required amount of Power Carboxylate plasticizer – Fast harden should be calculated based on the concrete grade. It should then be diluted with twice the volume of mixing water. The diluted additive should be gradually added to the concrete while mixing. This accelerating additive can also be added to ready-mix concrete, and after thorough mixing, the concreting process can proceed.

It is recommended to mix for at least one minute per cubic meter of concrete after adding the superplasticizer. This product can also be added to the batching plant or transit mixer during concrete production, especially when the distance between production and the concreting site is short.

Note: Avoid pouring the additive directly onto dry cement.
