Power Microsilica Gel-Fast Harden is an innovative and advanced product, recognized as one of the strongest and most efficient super pozzolanic micro-silica gels. This product is formulated with a combination of polycarboxylate ether and silica fume, along with additives such as fillers, waterproofing agents, setting accelerators, and polypropylene fibers. Power Micro-Silica Accelerator Gel stands out from other micro-silica products due to its lower consumption rate and superior water-reducing capability.
By adding this micro-silica gel to the concrete mix, the desired workability is achieved, and the slump of the concrete increases, which in turn improves the rheological properties in the plastic state. After curing, the concrete exhibits enhanced mechanical and electrical properties. The high workability of Power Micro-Silica Accelerator Gel enhances the flow of silica fume, catalysts, and water-repellent materials within the mixture, resulting in a more homogeneous and dense paste. How to use
Power Gel Micro Silica Accelerator can be added to the concrete mix in two ways:
- Mix the gel with all or part of the water used in the concrete mix, then add it to the dry materials and mix.
- Power Gel Micro Silica Accelerator can be added to the mix after all other components have been added.
Note: For every cubic meter of concrete, at least 1 minute of mixing is required.
Note: Using more than the recommended amount of this gel can accelerate the setting time of the concrete too much and may negatively affect the final properties of the concrete.
