Description
Power Microsilica Gel-Retrader
Power Microsilica Gel-Retrader is one of the most advanced modern additives in the category of superpozzolanic microsilica products. It is formulated with a combination of polycarboxylate ether and silica fume as primary components, along with supplementary materials such as fillers, waterproofing agents, setting retarders, and polypropylene fibers. This product delivers exceptional performance with lower consumption and significantly higher reduction effects compared to other microsilica-based products.
The high fluidity of this gel enables better dispersion of silica fume, catalysts, and water-repellent agents within the concrete paste, resulting in a more uniform and homogeneous mix. Consequently, the hardened concrete exhibits greater density, cohesion, and impermeability. Additionally, due to the presence of retarders in the microsilica gel structure, the setting time of the concrete can be controlled, making it an ideal choice for mass concreting or projects in hot climates.
Incorporating this product enhances the fluidity, slump, and rheological properties of fresh concrete. Ultimately, the hardened concrete achieves superior mechanical and electrical properties, ensuring higher overall quality.

Instructions for Using Retarder Microsilica Power Gel
This gel can be added to concrete using one of the following methods:
- Mix the microsilica power gel with all or part of the water required for concrete preparation, then add it to the dry materials and blend thoroughly.
- Alternatively, add the gel to the mixture after all other components of the concrete have been incorporated.
Important Notes:
- Exceeding the recommended dosage of this gel may cause excessive delay in concrete setting and negatively affect its final properties.
- Ensure a minimum mixing time of one minute per cubic meter of concrete to achieve a uniform mixture.
