The Power screw nut features a unique and special design, which is stronger and more efficient in terms of geometry and functionality compared to other models. By applying torsional and compressive force, the nut ensures that two surfaces of tiles or ceramics are perfectly leveled and aligned.

Installing the nut onto the Power screw clip requires no special tools such as pliers or wrenches. It can easily be done manually using the ears designed on both sides of the leveler, allowing the tiles or ceramics to align perfectly.

This leveler is considered a permanent tool, and due to its robust and durable design, it will never break. After each use, it can be easily stored in a toolbox and reused for future projects. On the other hand, the Power screw clip is disposable and cannot be reused after each use.

How to Use

First, apply the tile adhesive or mortar to the surface where the tiles will be installed. Place the first tile at the designated position and, based on the joint spacing, insert the appropriate tile spacers between the tiles. Depending on the size of the tiles, place the required number of Power Threaded Tile Leveling Clips.

Next, position the adjacent tiles and place the Power Threaded Leveling Wedge onto the clips. Twist the wedge until the tiles are fully leveled and aligned.

Once the adhesive or mortar has partially set, use a soft impact from the edge of a shoe or a hammer to break the leveling clips apart. After removing the clips and wedges, proceed with grouting. Once the grout has dried, the surface will be ready for use.
