concrete super plasticizer is a liquid additive based on naphthalene sulfonate that provides a moderate water-reducing effect for concrete. It is used to produce high-performance and efficient concrete.

This superplasticizer does not negatively affect the setting time of concrete and does not cause delays or acceleration in the cement hydration process. By reducing the water-to-cement ratio, this additive enhances all concrete strengths, especially early strength. Additionally, the normal superplasticizer improves the workability of the concrete, prevents segregation and bleeding, and can increase the durability and longevity of the concrete.

how to use

1. The concrete super plasticizer can be added during the production of concrete to the batching plant or truck mixer.
2. Alternatively, it can be added to the prepared concrete mix, and after thorough mixing, the concrete can be poured. For optimal results, it is recommended to mix for at least 1 minute per cubic meter of concrete.
3. The required amount of normal superplasticizer, based on the concrete mix design, should be diluted with twice the volume of mixing water and then gradually added to the mixing concrete.

Please note that this additive should not be directly poured onto dry cement.
