Super Microsilica Gel
Super Microsilica Gel is an advanced and enhanced additive based on polycarboxylate ether, consisting of microsilica powder, superplasticizer, water-repellent materials, and polypropylene fibers. This product is used for producing high-strength, impermeable, and durable concrete. The superplasticizer improves the rheological properties of concrete in its plastic state and enhances the properties of hardened concrete. As a super pozzolan, Super Microsilica Gel has a significant impact on increasing the strength, durability, and other characteristics of concrete. The addition of this strong water-reducing additive fills the voids between aggregates, increasing the density and cohesion of the concrete, thereby reducing its permeability.

How to use
This Super Microsilica Gel can be added to the concrete mix in two ways:
- First, combine the Super Microsilica Gel with all or part of the mixing water, then add it to the dry materials and mix thoroughly.
- The Super Microsilica Gel can be added after all the other components have been added to the concrete mix.
Note: For every cubic meter of concrete, at least 1 minute of mixing is required. Note: If there is a long delay between mixing and pouring the concrete, it is recommended to add the Super Microsilica Gel in two stages: one portion during the concrete production in the batching plant, and the second portion 5 minutes before pouring into the truck mixer. After adding, mix the batch for about 2 to 4 minutes.
