Super Microsilica Gel-Fast Harden
Super Microsilica Gel-Fast Harden is a powerful additive based on polycarboxylate ether, composed of microsilica powder, superplasticizer, water-repellent materials, fillers, polypropylene fibers, and quick-setting compounds. This superplasticizer gel is used to produce durable and impermeable concrete. As a super pozzolan, it has a significant effect on improving the mechanical and electrical properties of concrete. In addition to enhancing the rheological properties of the concrete in its fresh state, this additive also strengthens the properties of hardened concrete.
The addition of this super gel helps fill the voids between aggregates, thereby increasing the density and cohesion of the concrete and reducing its permeability. This water-resistant gel accelerates the setting time of concrete in the early stages, facilitating concrete placement in cold weather conditions. By adding this gelled microsilica to the concrete mix, both the mechanical properties and the hydration rate of water and cement increase, as the microsilica powder, plasticizer, and fibers are incorporated simultaneously into the concrete.

How to use
This additive can be added to the concrete mix in two ways:
- First, mix the super gel micro-silica with all or part of the water required for the concrete mix, then add it to the dry materials and mix thoroughly.
- The super gel micro-silica can be added to the mix after all other components of the concrete mix have been added.
Note: For each cubic meter of concrete, a minimum of 1 minute of mixing is required.
