Description
Surface Siloxane Sealant (Solvent Base)
One of the major issues for buildings constructed in rainy areas or in the direction of rain flow is the penetration of moisture and water into the building facade. Water absorption by the facade can create many problems for the structure. For example, if rain with a speed of 32 km/h hits the building facade, it can absorb around 10 liters of water in 6 hours, and this water absorption can reach up to 20 liters on concrete surfaces. To prevent moisture and water infiltration through the facade and to make the facade water-repellent, a powerful and effective product called “Surface Siloxane Sealant (Solvent Base)” is available. This product is based on silicone resins and reinforced with nanotechnology.
The water-repellent resin is based on silane siloxane, a solvent-based formula, and is applicable on various surfaces such as concrete, brick, gypsum, cement, and more. The facade protector provides excellent protection for building surfaces against rain and moisture, penetrating both old and new surfaces. Once applied, it does not alter the color or appearance of the facade. One of the special applications of the facade protector is its use in protecting historical and ancient buildings from rain and moisture.

Application
- Creating waterproofing properties for various surfaces such as concrete, plaster, brick, stone, and other materials
- Ideal for protecting building facades from water and moisture infiltration
- Protection of historical and ancient structures from weather-related damage
- Ability to waterproof gypsum panels
- Suitable for waterproofing corrugated roofs (Iranite) and fiber cement (Ardovaz) roofs
- Effective for waterproofing surfaces covered with artificial stone
How to use
Before applying the protector, ensure that the surface is free of any dirt, dust, grease, or other contaminants.
If there is any contamination, clean the surface using high-pressure water (water jet) or sandblasting.
Then, apply the solvent-based facade protector evenly on the surface using a brush or spray.
