Surface Super sealant (Water Base) facade protection is formulated and produced based on nanotechnology and protects the exterior of the building against the penetration of moisture and water and harmful environmental chemical factors.

The low resistance of building facades to water absorption and chemical damage has always been a major concern for clients and professionals in the construction industry. If the exterior surfaces of the building are not adequately protected, significant damage can occur. Depending on the type of material, the building facade can absorb a large amount of water in a short period during heavy rains, which can cause serious and irreparable damage to the structural integrity of the facade.

How to use

Surfaces to be coated should be free from any contamination, dust, grease, etc.

If the surface is contaminated, it should be cleaned using water pressure (water jet) or sandblasting.

Apply the facade protector to the surface using a brush or spray.

Note: Water-based products can only be applied to surfaces at temperatures between 8°C and 45°C.
