Description
Tile Leveling System Pliers (plastic)
To lock the wedge into the clip, a tool called a Tile Leveling System Pliers (plastic) is used. These pliers are made from reinforced materials such as fiber-reinforced polyethylene or a combination of plastic and metal and include one fixed jaw and two movable jaws. Once the wedge is inserted into the clip slot with the help of the plier, it is pressed as far as necessary (depending on the thickness of the tile, ceramic, or parquet) into the clip and locked in place. The ridges on the surface of the wedge ensure secure locking and better engagement with the clip.
To install and level tiles and ceramics, a tile leveling system is used. The most commonly used type is the flat tile leveler, which is produced and offered in various sizes. This tool consists of two components: clips and wedges. The clips are single-use, while the wedges are reusable. During installation, the clips are placed in the gap between the tiles, and the wedges, functioning as locking and leveling pieces, are inserted into the clip slots to complete the leveling process.

How to Use
The Tile Leveling System Pliers (plastic) consist of one fixed jaw and two movable jaws. These movable jaws are produced in two different sizes; one for small levelers and the other for large and medium levelers. Depending on the size of the leveler being used, select the appropriate jaw and secure it in place with the locking screw. Then, the other jaw is removed from the pliers mechanism. It is crucial to set the correct distance between the fixed and movable jaws. If the distance is too wide, the leveling wedge inside the clip will not lock properly. If the jaws are too close, applying pressure during the locking process could cause the clip or wedge to break
