Description
Tile Spacers +
Tile Spacers + come in different sizes, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 millimeters, and are manufactured by Beton Plast Chemical Company. Typically, sizes 1 to 6 millimeters are used for flooring, while sizes 7 to 10 millimeters are intended for wall tiling. In projects where grout lines are filled with colored powders, using a tile cross spacer ensures the precise alignment of joints and enhances the aesthetic appearance of the design.
One of the key factors contributing to the beauty of tiles and ceramics, aside from their design and color, is the precision of the grouting. When the spacing between tiles is uniform and even, and the grout lines are perfectly aligned in a + shape, the overall aesthetic is greatly enhanced. To achieve this precise spacing, plastic pieces called tile spacers or crosses are produced in various sizes. These practical and cost-effective tools help speed up the installation process and ensure a neater, more visually appealing tile layout.
In general, selecting the right tiles and ceramics is crucial in any tiling project, and maintaining consistent spacing between them is essential for the final beauty of the work. Tile spacers play a vital role in the installation of various tiles, stones, and bricks, particularly in creating uniform joints and aligning grout lines.

How to use Tile Spacer +
To install tiles and ceramics, first, the tile adhesive is spread onto the surface using a notched trowel. Then, the tiles are aligned from one side and placed in the correct positions. The tile spacer is inserted at the intersection of the tiles. After the tiles are set and partially bonded to the surface, the spacer is removed from between the grout lines using a sharp object. Finally, the grouting process is completed using grout or specialized mortar.
