Top flex waterproofing seal and finish is a corrected polymer product, based on cement and aggregates and acrylic resin, and has very high elasticity, resistance and adhesion.

Features:

• Excellent strength against acidic and alkaline materials
• Stopping the permeability and definitive sealing of concrete and stone sections
• Increasing surface resistance against carbonation

Applications:

• Isolation of the surfaces of water and sewage treatment plants
• Isolation and sealing of water transmission cement pipes

Liquid waterproof concrete admix is a combination of lubricants, waterproof resins and hydrophobic compounds, which is suitable for waterproofing and making different concretes, masonry mortars and grouts impermeable.

Features:

• It reduces the permeability of concrete
• It causes blockage of concrete capillary tubes
• Increases durability due to water reduction of about 10%

Applications:

• Suitable for the production and construction of prefabricated concrete parts
• Suitable for sloping and rain-catching surfaces
